Joy Ogbebo has more than 25 years experience in the Aviation Industry and has served in different management capacities and has successfully managed a team of staff to offer the highest levels of excellent customer service She has come through the ranks, as Cabin Crew, Purser, Crew Development Purser, Cabin Services Supervisor, Crew Line Manager, Line Trainer, Performance manager, and also been into Customer Relationship Management, Assistant Cabin Services Manager, until finally rising to the peak, as the Head of Cabin and Inflight Services.
She has a Degree in Mass Communication from Delta State University. A Diploma in Social Work from the University of Benin. Other qualifications include: Diploma in Customer Service, Diploma in Journalism, IATA Certificate in SMS Implementation Control, Certificate in Leadership and Coaching, Certificate in Customer Relationship Management, Certificate in Customer Service Etiquette, Effective Coaching and Supervisory Skills, Certificate in Passenger Handling Awareness and Effective Sales Promotion. She has also attended numerous Crew trainings in Nigeria, Germany and Egypt.
Tolulope Dawodu (CSTL) is an accomplished Safety Professional and Customer Service Trainer. She has vast training experience in SEP and Customer Service . A passionate Trainer and Coach. Tolulope serves as Minister of God with Agape Generation International Church, Mende ,Maryland Lagos, and is a Consultant for Loben Consult , Canada. She is an alumnus of the Lagos business school and Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She presently is a Trainer with one of the Major Helicopter companies in Nigeria.
Tolulope Dawodu (CSTL) is an accomplished Safety Professional and Customer Service Trainer. She has vast training experience in SEP and Customer Service. Her career in the industry spans back to 1991 when she joined ADC Airlines as a Cabin Executive and rose to be an Instructor and Head of Cabin Services in the airline. She joined Virgin Nigeria in 2006 as On board manager Line instructor and acted as Cabin Safety Manager.
Grace Ogbebor Omokhaye is an experienced cabin crew with years of flying and customer service experience in the aviation sector in Nigeria. With experiences spanning over seven years and having worked in leading aviation airlines in Nigeria, She is endowed with professional certificates and training in Customer relationship management, Dangerous goods regulations . Crew resource management/Threat and Terror Management , Safety Emergency Procedure, and communication skills.
With a diploma certificate in Public Administration and a bachelor degree in international studies and Diplomacy she also possess good interpersonal relationship, problem analysis and solving skills, excellent communication skills, customer service skills, she is articulate, very enthusiastic, thorough, amicable and well organized, she is also hardworking and a dedicated team player.
